About Us

SOLAXGEN sources, acquires, develops, operates, and manages solar power generation plants (solar farms) across various regions around the world. The company was established in 2022 with the goal of creating a positive social impact and delivering attractive financial returns through the production of renewable energy sold under medium- and long-term contracts

Each solar farm is financed through private equity investors, commercial or development banks, and investment funds based in Colombia, the United States, Australia, and the United Kingdom. Investors choose the projects they wish to participate in, receive income based on the value of electricity generated (net of operating costs), and have the option to reinvest or leverage their returns to join new solar projects and enhance profitability

Our highly specialized engineering team—with over 15 years of experience in solar project development—conducts rigorous due diligence on opportunities in diverse locations, evaluating optimal solar irradiation and grid connection conditions. We focus on markets where electricity can be sold to private consumers or wholesale buyers with strong credit ratings.

How it Works

Photovoltaic modules receive sunlight which is transformed into energy (direct current)

Inverters transform direct energy into alternating current (electricity)

The telemetered measurement system records the energy generated by the inverters

The energy generated is exported to the electrical system and remunerated.
